【参考译文】Strawberry is an important horticultural crop in many countries. Because fungal diseases seriously affect their output, the problem of using excessive chemicals will arise if they are prevented and controlled. Although molecular markers of strawberry disease resistance have been reported, commercial strawberry is octaploid in genetic composition, so it is difficult to associate molecular markers with disease resistance genes. At present, there is no report on cloning possible resistance genes from strawberry. The purpose of this study is to isolate and identify resistance gene analogues (RGAs) from wild and cultivated strawberries, and evaluate their variability and phylogenetic relationship.
