In today’s society, a new trend in economic activity has emerged—the sharing economy. Shared bicycles and shared rechargeable batteries, which can be found everywhere on the streets, have gradually changed people’s way of life. In my opinion, with the development of modern society and the economy, the sharing economy plays an important role today.
Firstly, the sharing economy provides great convenience to people’s lives and is a pattern in which technology benefits the public. For example, the use of information network technology and smart technology allows people in different geographical locations to find services that meet their needs in the shortest possible time, such as renting a car or a house. This operation is convenient and simple, and not limited by time or space, thus enabling more people to benefit from it. Secondly, the sharing economy makes full use of unused resources. In the age of consumption, everyone may hoard some unused goods in his or her home. Sharing economy provides a platform for supply and demand sides to discover and connect with each other quickly and effectively, facilitating sharing and greatly improving the efficiency of resource flow.
